Natural circulation heat collecting system, solar water heater:

Operating principle : Chill water is reinforced into hot water storage tank via chill water supply system, when set water level is reached, chill water supply system stops operating,chill water in hot water storage tank goes into solar energy collector array via lower circulator,where it's heated under solar radiation and increases in temperature, hot water has lower specific density than chill water, and thermosiphon pressure is thus generated. flowing form lower side of heat collectors towards their upper side, hot water goes back to hot water storage tank via upper circulator,once again,chill water with higher specific density in the tank goes into the collectors via lower circulator to continue with being heated under solar radiation, circulation in this way causes water temperature to rise time and again.

The system requires that the bottom of heat collecting water tank is kept at least 200mm above the top of heat collectors and it's usually suitable for hot water systems with heat collector array below 70m^2.
