Operating Principle of solar panel water heater collector project:

Chill water goes into hot water storage tank via chill water supply system. When set water level is reached, chill water supply system stops operating. Chill water in hot water storage tank is reinforced into heat collector array via circulation-forecing water pump, where it is heated under solar radiation and increases in temperature. When the difference between water temperature in upper circulator of heat collectors and that at the bottom of hot water storage tank reaches set value, circulation-forcing pump is started and brings chill water from the tank to heat collector array while taking hot water in heat collector array back to hot water storage tank. When siad difference equals or drops below set value, circulation-forcing pump stops operating.Chill water in heat collectors continues to be heated under solar radiation.Circulation in this way causes water temperature in hot water storage tank to rise time and again.

The circulation sytem is known as forced circulation system.There is no restrication on position of the water tank of a forced circulation heat collecting system, which may be installed anywhere except for heat collector array. It's preferable to use a forced circulation heat collecting system for heat collectors over 50m2
